Shams Al Marjan Tours LLC is a travel and tourism company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our Shams Al Marjan Visa & Travel Services division helps UAE residents of many nationalities prepare outbound visit and tourist visa applications with personal guidance at every step.
We work independently: we help you prepare a complete, accurate application and guide you through the official process. We are not an embassy, consulate, government authority or visa application centre, and all visa decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authorities.

Yes. UAE residents generally apply for visit and tourist visas from the UAE, through the embassy, consulate or authorised visa application centre that serves their destination. Eligibility and requirements depend on your nationality, residence status and travel plans, so we start every case with a consultation and point you to the correct official channel.
Does my nationality affect visa requirements?
Yes — nationality is one of the most important factors. Some passport holders need a full visa, others may only need an electronic travel authorisation or may be exempt for short visits. Your UAE residence status and its remaining validity can also matter. Tell us your passport nationality and we will explain the general route for your destination.
Do you provide visa appointment booking assistance?
Yes. We help you locate and book available appointments through the official embassy or visa application centre booking systems. Appointment availability is controlled by those authorities and centres, so we cannot guarantee specific dates.
Can you assist with Schengen visa applications?
Yes. We assist with short-stay Schengen visit visa applications, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands and other Schengen countries. In general, you apply to the country that is your main destination — or, if equal, your first point of entry — and we help you identify which one applies to your itinerary.
What documents are generally required?
Requirements vary by destination and nationality, but commonly include a valid passport, UAE residence visa and Emirates ID, photographs, a completed application form, bank statements, an employment or salary letter (or business documents), travel insurance where required, and travel reservations. Your consultant will give you the relevant checklist for your case and review your documents before submission.
How long does visa processing take?
Processing times are set by each embassy or consulate and change with season and demand, so we do not publish fixed timelines. We recommend applying well in advance of your travel date and checking the official website of your destination for current guidance. We will share what is officially stated for your application when we prepare it.
Are visa approvals guaranteed?
No. No agency can guarantee a visa. All decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authorities. Our role is to help you submit a complete, accurate and well-organised application.
Can you help prepare cover letters and itineraries?
Yes. We prepare professional cover letters explaining the purpose of your trip and clear day-by-day travel itineraries that match your planned reservations. All information must be genuine and accurate.
Do applicants need to attend biometric appointments?
Many destinations require applicants to attend in person to give fingerprints and a photograph, either at a visa application centre or the embassy, and some also require an interview. Rules and exemptions differ by country and by applicant, and some countries reuse biometrics given recently. We will explain what applies to you.

- Our role. Shams Al Marjan Tours LLC (“we”) provides independent visa application assistance and travel consultancy. We are not an embassy, consulate, government body or visa application centre, and we are not affiliated with or acting on behalf of any of them.
- No guarantee. Visa decisions, processing times, appointment availability and government or visa-centre fees are controlled entirely by the relevant authorities. We do not guarantee approval, appointment dates or processing times.
- Service fees. Our service fee is quoted and agreed before work starts and covers our assistance only. Government visa fees, visa-centre service fees, insurance, courier and similar third-party costs are separate and are paid as advised.
- Your information. You are responsible for providing complete, true and accurate information and genuine documents. We will not prepare or submit false or misleading information or documents. We may decline or stop a service if we believe information is inaccurate.
- Attendance. You are responsible for attending biometric appointments or interviews and for meeting any deadlines set by the authorities.
- Refunds and cancellations. The refund and cancellation terms that apply to your service are stated in writing in your quotation, before you confirm or pay. Government, embassy and visa-centre fees are set and handled by those bodies.
- Third-party decisions. We are not responsible for decisions, delays, fees or availability set by embassies, consulates, visa application centres, airlines, hotels or other third parties.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

- What we collect: your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email, passport nationality, emirate of residence, destination, visa category, travel date, number of applicants and any comments you choose to add.
- What we do not collect here: passport copies, passport or Emirates ID numbers, or other identity documents. Please do not include them in the form.
- Security: the form is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored in a private, administrator-only area of our website.
- Why: only to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you request and keep a record of our communication. We do not sell your data.
- Sharing: your information is shared only where needed to provide the service you ask for (for example with official appointment systems, at your instruction) or where required by law.
