Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Submit your request online or contact us by WhatsApp, and we will confirm the property, dates, number of guests and purpose of your visit.
We accept Tamara for all farmhouse bookings: once your booking is confirmed on WhatsApp, we send you a secure Tamara payment link (subject to Tamara’s approval and terms). Other available payment options will be shared when your booking is confirmed. Please make payments only through the official payment details provided by Shams Al Marjan Tours LLC.
Contact our team before completing your payment if you need to use a different payment method. Once a payment has been processed, changes may not always be possible.
Most booking requests are reviewed promptly during business hours. Confirmation may take longer if we need additional information about an event, the number of guests or any special arrangements.
Contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Cancellation conditions and any applicable refund will depend on the policy provided with your booking.

A refundable security deposit may be required, depending on the farmhouse and type of booking. The amount, payment method and refund conditions will be explained before confirmation.
Selected farmhouses are suitable for family gatherings and private events. Prior approval is required, and additional conditions or charges may apply based on the event type and number of guests.
All overnight guests and daytime visitors must be declared before arrival. The total number of people must remain within the approved capacity of the property.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Yes, each farmhouse is prepared before check-in. However, farmhouses have large outdoor areas with plants, trees, water and surrounding natural landscapes. Occasional insects may therefore be present despite regular cleaning and pest-control measures.
Yes. Our farmhouses include a stove, gas supply, refrigerator and microwave. The availability of additional utensils or appliances may vary by property, so please contact us if you require anything specific.
Pets are allowed at all five farmhouses with prior approval only. Please ask our team before booking and share details about your pet. Pets are not permitted in the swimming pools, and additional conditions or cleaning charges may apply.
Alcohol is allowed at our farmhouses. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and not inside the buildings.
