Cancellation and Refund Policy

Shams Al Marjan Tours LLC — Farmhouse Bookings

  1. Cancellation seven (7) days or more before check-in: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
  2. Cancellation fewer than seven (7) days before check-in: The advance payment is non-refundable.
  3. No-show: If the guest fails to arrive on the confirmed check-in date, the entire advance payment will be forfeited.
