For guests who want to be in control rather than in the passenger seat, a quad bike ride is the most direct way to feel the desert. You get your own automatic quad, a helmet and a short safety briefing before setting off behind a guide across open sand.
The ride lasts around 30 minutes. Quads are simple to operate, so no previous experience is needed, and the guide sets a pace that matches the group. Expect smooth stretches, gentle climbs and wide views over the dunes, with a pause or two to catch your breath and take photographs.
Fits into your day
Quad biking works well as a stand-alone outing or as an add-on to a morning or evening desert safari. If you book it on its own, we arrange transport to and from the desert area so you can simply arrive, ride and return. Two-seater quads may be available for a parent riding with an older child or for couples who prefer to share.
Desert riding is an adventure activity, so a few rules apply: helmets must be worn, guests should follow the guide at all times, and age, health and licence conditions set by the operator apply. We confirm these and your time slot on WhatsApp before any payment.
